Hospital and Inventory Manager
Grace joined Anchor Animal Hospital in 2014 as a part-time Social Media Coordinator and quickly became a valued member of the team. In 2018, she transitioned into a full-time Hospital Assistant role, where she gained hands-on experience in patient care and hospital operations.
Grace’s strong organizational skills and dedication to supporting her team led to her promotion to Hospital Supervisor and Inventory Manager, where she helped refine hospital workflows and strengthen team communication. She later advanced to Hospital Manager while continuing to oversee the hospital’s inventory systems. In these roles, she focuses on daily operations, staff development, and maintaining the high standards of care Anchor is known for.
As a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) and Fear Free Elite Certified Professional, Grace is passionate about creating a calm, supportive environment for both pets and the people who care for them. She works closely with the team to implement Fear Free practices and ensure every patient receives compassionate, low-stress care.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys running, biking, swimming, and spending time with her dogs, cats, and ponies.
